Cloud Bread and More: Must-Try Stalls at Geylang Serai Bazaar 2025

While exploring the bazaar, we stumbled upon Roti Awan, a viral brand from Penang that serves “cloud bread” – steamed-to-order buns loaded with your choice of filling.

With over 10 flavours to choose from, we opted for Matcha, Kaya Kelapa, and Rose Bandung Biscoff, with the latter being our favourite due to its smooth custard and faint rose fragrance that didn’t overpower the fluffy bread.

Crispy Kunafa: A Sweet Treat You Won’t Forget

@ameliaristiyana The Crispy Kunafa stall at Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar 2025 caught my interest because of its long queue. Order: Chocolate Indulgence (SGD15) It delivers as an indulgence for its warm, crispy, sweet kunafa (or knafeh), and decadent chocolate sauce. A bit of cheese in the middle kinda add some slight creamy, salty flavor to the whole dish. Overall, if you love something super sweet, warm and crispy, you’re gonna love this. Please eat this asap so you won’t lose the texture of the crispy kunafa. I personally prefer not-so-sweet snacks, so I won’t be gravitating towards this again. But I do appreciate the creativity and breadth of flavors (up to 16, wow!) #crispykunafa #geylangseraibazaar #geylangserai #geylangserai2025 #geylangseraibazaar2025 ♬ Life is Sweet – Harryan Yoonsoan

Crispy Kunafa was the second stall that caught our eye, offering a whopping 16 kunafa flavours to pick from.

We were drawn in by the Blue Paddle Pop Kunafa, drenched in a striking pastel blue cream and finished with Fruity Pebbles cereal. Although it didn’t have the familiar caramel and toffee notes of the rainbow ice cream, the crispy kunafa pastry and stretchy cheese helped to cut through some of the richness.

Snack Attack: Loaded Fries and More at Shake ah Shake

Take a break from the sweets and head to Shake ah Shake for their deep-fried snacks: loaded fries, crispy nuggets, and more.

We bought the Nashville Hot Mozzarella as it appeared different from the usual mozzarella cheese sticks.

The crispy, savoury coating gave way to the ultimate cheese pull, paired perfectly with the tangy ranch dip that tasted similar to Wingstop’s version.

Sauzed: The Perfect Spot for Instagram-Worthy Fries

For IG-worthy fries topped with a variety of colourful sauces, visit Sauzed.

This kiosk offers two options: Original Long Fries and Long Fries with Sauce.

We opted for the latter, which included a box of piping-hot fries drizzled with three sauces of our choice: Wasabi, Sweet Potato, and Corn.

The Piccadily: Refreshing Drinks to Quench Your Thirst

Quench your thirst with The Piccadily’s range of drinks, including their newly launched Galaxy Drinks.

These bottled beverages are infused with edible glitter, making them extra fun to enjoy. You can pick from six refreshing flavours: Lychee, Strawberry, Blueberry, Lemon, Peach, and Passionfruit.

Fresh Otah at Ranor Tenggiri: A Must-Try Snack

Ranor Tenggiri Fresh Otah is located near the main entrance of Geylang Serai Ramadan bazaar, offering a wide variety of otah made fresh on-site.

Highlights include Scallop Otah, Prawn Otah, and Crab Otah, featuring a spicy, umami-packed fish paste studded with their respective protein.

Meat My Meat: Philly Cheesesteaks to Die For

Meat My Meat is a festival favourite that has returned to the Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar this year. The homegrown brand specialises in Philly cheesesteaks, where beef slices are packed in bread and blanketed with gooey cheese.

Their Mozza Philly Cheesesteak is a must-try, featuring thin strips of well-seasoned beef topped with cheese, then blow-torched for a smoky, melty finish.

Mahmud’s Tandoor: Hearty Burgers to Fill You Up

Fill up on a hearty burger at Mahmud’s Tandoor, a highly-rated, award-winning eatery known for their tandoori chicken burgers.

We recommend the Crispy Doori, where a deep-fried tandoori chicken thigh is layered with harissa mayo and cheese, and then stacked between two brioche buns.

Thai Dessert House: Sweet Treats to Satisfy Your Cravings

Thai Fried Banana is a perennial staple at most food festivals.

You can get your fix of this deep-fried snack at Thai Dessert House, priced at $6 for a packet of seven pieces.

These bananas are fried in small batches so you’re getting them fresh and crispy, with a sweet and moist middle.

Kwazy Korndog: Sweet-Savoury Corn Dogs to Enjoy

Another returning bazaar favourite is Kwazy Korndog, where you’ll find a lineup of sweet-savoury corn dogs filled with cheese.

For the best cheese pull, you’ll want to go for their Cheesy Corn Dog, starring a generous amount of gooey mozzarella cheese in the middle.

With so many delicious food options to choose from, Geylang Serai Bazaar 2025 is definitely a must-visit this Ramadan season.

Mark your calendars and get ready to indulge in a culinary adventure!
